Note: Single postcard rate to Germany via the French Post Offices in Shanghai (10 centimes). Fully prepaid 10 cents in Chefoo. This Chefoo local postcard was handed over locally to the Chinese Post Office in Chefoo which forwarded it to Shanghai where it was handed over to the French Post Office.
