and franked with Wei-Hai-Wei 2nd issue 2c red, cancelled by "C&Co./WHW"
double-ring chop to pay for the courier service to its destination, letter
endorsed and countersigned by the Commanding Officer, an absolutely incredible
and unique postal history item /
